Please I need help I can't control my temper this days, while I was younger I tried controlling it but the method I used doesn't work again. I get uncontrollably angry at the slightest thing this days and my mum always tells me to control it cause I could easily get hypertension since it runs in our blood, but I've really tried I just can't.
