Hey Angel! Welcome to Springster. In calculating your period/menstrual circle, note that the first day of your period is also the first day of your menstrual circle and the last day of your period is not the last day of your circle but the last day of your period. The duration/flow depends on the individual. The last day of your cycle is the day before your next period starts. For example, if your period started on the 1st of April and your next period starts on the 3rd of May, your cycle will be 2nd of May. This means that your cycle lasts for 31 days. Your new cycle starts again from the 1st day of your next period. Please note that your period can be delayed at sometimes and can also come earlier than normal. We hope this helps.
