Hey grace! The first rule is do not compare yourself to others. The truth is that you are unique and special. No one can ever be like you. Your mates may be slim but that is not the standard. You are to create your own standard girl!. Also, bleaching will not only damage your skin, it will also make you even more conscious of yourself and everyone will notice the difference too. Hello Big sis! I know that am beautiful only before these pimples and dark marks came and ruined my beauty. So please big sis help me with some tips to get rid of those scars and dark spots on my face in just weeks. And I'd also like to go natural because I used a cream recommend by a doctor but it seems like it has bleaching effect on my skin and I don't like it cuz I know the side effects. Anyway help me please!

Hey Ilham! Thanks for the comment. The first thing you should note is that you should stop pinching and touching your face. Want to know why? Pinching will open up the pimples which will turn to small wounds and then end up as black spots on the face. For touching, note that our hands carry a lot of germs and dirt because they are exposed to a lot of contact. When you put your hands on your face, you tend to pass these germs to your face and they stay there. Dirt can also cause pimples. You should just generally wash your face regularly, keep your bedsheets and pillowcase clean at all times, eat less oily foods and more vegetables and finally, drink lots of water and get good sleep. For the cream, it's good to know that you are aware of the side effects of bleaching so we advise that you go for something mild. We hope this helps

However, you need to work on yourself... If you do not believe that you are beautiful, then nothing anyone tells you will matter. Pimples do not define beauty in any way.
