You should be treated with respect, nothing less
You deserve to be treated nicely. And it is totally okay to ask for what you’re worth. It’s also fine to admit you want to be treated better than you are being treated now.
Despite your desire to be treated nicely some people will treat you badly. They will sometimes do things that make you unhappy.
Just like an older male neighbour whistling everytime you walk past him. Or maybe he keeps trying to touch you.
Or an older girl on your street making fun of you. Maybe she calls you uncool and ugly. She probably makes fun of the way you dress.
It can even be a family member who keeps saying negative things to you. Maybe he or she calls you names. Maybe they make you feel like you would never become anything in life.
It is not your fault that they are acting this way.
This is why you shouldn’t make excuses for them. You need to speak out.
If you don’t, their behaviour might affect your self-esteem and confidence. It can make you feel less of yourself.
The more you keep quiet the more you might get hurt. And the truth is they might get away with it.
If care is not taken you will start to blame yourself for the way they treat you. You might even start to make excuses for them. This is mostly caused by fear.
Fear that they might hurt you for speaking out.
Yes you might be sacred to talk to them face-to-face. Reporting them secretly shouldn’t scare you.
You can report to a trusted adult like a parent, an uncle, aunty or teacher. Someone you know won’t judge you or make you feel bad for opening up to them. Someone you trust.
Remember you don’t have to be rude about it. There is no need for you to verbally abuse them. and you should never try to solve the issue with violence or physical fights.
Whatever or whoever it is, just report it, speak to someone you trust about your feelings, reach out to people who show you support. Your happiness and safety is important.

Hi, if ur husband is not cheating on u, there is no point complaining. 3 month old marriage is too early to assum anything u are not sure of, beside it will affect ur feeling toward ur husband. May be he had girl freinds who competed with u for his proposal, now that he is married, he need to black list some of those numbers to avoid distraction, and that also may be the reason he deletes his chat. Be careful not to suspect ur husband now, because it too early, even if u no longer trust him, do not be too jealous of him so as not to wound ur heart soo much. I wish u the best.

Big sis, am having a problem with my blood sister,i wonder why. She always like to treat me bad, making me unhappy despise dat i dont take things serious, am evn staying with her an her kids, am so kind to them, bt things ar growing worst, i try to stay away from her bt my mom wont let me, i explain to my mom dat am no more a kids at least i need to be treated wit respect, bt she wont understand,al she is telling me is "jx stay with her patiently" i keep silent al dis whiel wit dis her reaction, bt am disturb by my spirit to say something.. Then finaly i try to speak out some of the things. Like anytime am having phone call she wil start shouting my name, sending me to do sometings dat wil make me to hang my call unexpectet,talking to me like asking uneccesary things,. I talk to her abt it dat it is nt gud,am nw a lady of my own nt a kids, the first thing she told me is she wil collect my phone or stops me from using it. Bt dis time am thinking of doing de worst, maybe it can help me out. Can dis help me out?????
