Kasancewa da lafiyar jiki na bukatan samun kiwon lafiya mai kyau. Wannan yana nufin lura da kanku domin ku kauce rashin lafiya.

A nan kasa akwai wasu dabi’u da zasu taimake ku samun lafiyar jiki.

A lokacin al’adar ku, yana da muhammanci kuyi wanka so biyu a rana. Kuyi kokarin yin wanka da ruwan zafi, zai hutar muku da gabobin jiki musamman idan kuna ciwon ciki.
Kada ku wanke farjin ku da sabulu. Ruwa kawai ya isa.
