How I make Garri ice cream : You start with the normals, garri, sugar, milk and water but make it really thick to the point you can roll it. Then roll your balls and put it in the freezer, let it get really cold but it shouldn't become icy then add condensed milk on top. Your very own Garri ice cream. NOTE: Do this at least once a week cause too much of starch is not good and also too much Garri causes eye problem. It is unhealthy but a Nigerian got to do what she got to do .
