For me dating is really complicated if you are not ready don't jump into it. Since I was 10 I have been asked out by at least 8 guys but I turned all of them down cause I don't think I am ready to date until I get to the age of 16. So if you are ready to date and understand it you don't need a go ahead order to start, but if you are not ready wait until you are ready then you can go right into it.
