Countless time I have encroached into similar issues especially with my cronies. When it comes to talks that has to do with relationship, future they limit my dreams and ambition. Often times, I feel bad and keep quite but with time I got to know that most things are just inevitable and to myself, I said "guy, you need to boss up". Since then, I build my defence around their words. It really helps. I advise anyone in same shoes to do so, it worked for me I hope it does same to you!
