My friend talked to about seeing a whitish discharge from her nipple and she says that whenever she touches her breast she feels a large lump in the middle. She told me that it pains a lot. She also said that her breasts are increasing greatly and they are heavy. She said I shouldn't tell anyone but I'm concerned about her health so I thought of no other better place to seek answers other from you big sister. She's also scared to talk to her parents because she feels it might be something that turns out to be nothing. I don't want her to know that I'm the one that sent this question because she told me not to tell anyone but I'm concerned. Please what's wrong?
