I wanna share my ways of reducing belly fat...I had belly fat so I went online and did some research 1.Always do abdomen centered exercises e.g planks,sit-ups (doing 30 everyday is enough),leg raises,skipping and most especially running for 30 minutes 2.Avoid carbonated drinks e.g coca cola,Pepsi, etc. If you should find yourself drinking it maybe in a party,drink lots of water to neutralize the sugar or instead drink natural fruit juice with no artificial sugar added,coke zero is not allowed 3.Drink water most,especially when eating 4.Avoid oily or fatty foods 5.Avoid pastries most especially the sugary ones like cakes 6.Your food must contain mostly protein and vegetables with a little carbohydrates. please take all these steps and you'll get the flat tummy you need right now I'm growing abs while following these procedures.
