hello big sis am new I have lots of pimples on my face even closer to my ears then I started using dettol on my face it started poping out by themselves so I will like to ask that this dettol helps to remove pimples from faces is it good or should I stop it bcos every time I apply it on my face it so peppering a lot it looks like it want to pull my face off
