Thanks for the enlightenment I have been stained once and I know how embarrassing it is. I just want to let you girls to know that I have a calendar specially for my period, it's an app on my phone. I want to advice those that have phones to install one. It's really helpful and automatically calculates ur next period, ovulation, chances of pregnancy, etc....
