My name is taiwo nd I saw my period when I was 12 years old.when I wanted to bath I saw blood on my panties nd I jst knew it was my period cus in my school they taught me about it.I told my mum nd she gav me pads to keep nd wear but wah I didnt know was that I can have menstrual cramps also...PLS DO NOT EAT JUNKS OR TAKE JUNKS A WEEK BEFORE UR PERIOD.
