@Big Sister...... One of my students (female to be precised) told me that she do experience serious pain the first day of her period and the last day only. And in-turn i gave her some of your remedies to relieving the pains.I hope her pain is normal that way (i.e first day and last day)? Thanks in advance and God bless ya
