Easy tips and tricks
Life is full of ups and downs. And when puberty strikes, the downs can seem much more than the ups. Don’t you worry. Your body goes through lots of changes during puberty—physical, emotional, and so on. It’s no big deal.
During puberty, girls develop breasts and start their period. Guys’ voices break and become deeper. For both girls and guys, hair begins to grow in the underarm and pubic area. With all these new hormones racing through your body, you’re likely to have mood swings and get pimples.
We all know pimples can be a pain. However, the good news is that they won’t be there forever. Don’t believe it? Try these natural remedies and see:
1. Drink Lots of Water
Drinking water is good for you. Fact. It improves your digestive system, flushes out toxins, and fills your body with rich nutrients. The result? Clearer, glowing skin, baby.
2. Yes to a Homemade Face Mask
Mash a banana. Add two teaspoons of honey and mix everything into a smooth paste. Gently spread it on your face and neck. Let it set for 10-20 minutes, then rinse off. Do this once a week.
3. Shake Off Stress
Go easy on yourself. Always get enough sleep and exercise right. All this will help keep you cool and calm. The less stressed you are, the happier your skin will be.
