Muna shares her goals
Hey Springsters! Happy New Year! I’m so excited about 2018. There are certain things I want to achieve. I know it won’t be easy, so I’m going to work very hard. Here’s all I plan to do:
Love Myself
Last year, I avoided looking in the mirror. I didn’t like my nose and my thighs. But now I know I’m beautiful just the way I am. So this time, I’m going to love myself for real. I’ll never bring myself down again. If I ever feel bad, I’ll stand in front of a mirror. I’ll say, “You’re special and unique,” over and over again.
Appreciate My Loved Ones
My family and friends are awesome. I want them to know how much they mean to me. That’s why I’m giving them thank you notes. And listening to them more. I want to be there for them like they are for me.
Buy a Small Phone
I’m going to buy my first ever phone! I’ve even come up with a savings plan. Every week, I’ll divide my pocket money into two. Then I’ll keep some aside, and spend the rest. I’ll keep going until I achieve my goal. I can’t wait to stop borrowing my mum’s phone.
Eat Healthy
I want to take better care of my body. So I’m cutting down on junk food. From cake to Gala and biscuits, they’ve all got to go. I’ll replace them with fruits and vegetables like carrots, oranges and pawpaw. I’ll drink lots of water too. My goal is to feel and look good inside and out.
Learn a Skill
I’ve always wanted to learn how to fix computers. I’ve been saving up for months. Now, guess what? I’ve finally finished saving! Tomorrow, my aunty will register me in a computer repair class. Then I’ll start learning right away. Yay!
That’s it, girls. Here’s to a fantastic year for us all..
Remember, keep your new year resolutions simple. Don’t take on too much at once. This way, it’ll be easier to achieve your goals.

what i planned 4 dis new year is 2 first focus on my studies bcoz of my upcoming WAEC and after i passed out i wish 2 learn photographing and also a wish 2 b a computer operator but my real passion is to become an advanced lawyer which is a barrister with the help of God
