Hi Big Sis,
Is it really a bad idea to post too many photos online? All my friends do it, but my teacher says it could attract stalker. What does she really mean? What are the chances of actually being stalked?

This is a great question! People may have different views on this.
By a stalker your teacher means a person who harasses another person with unwanted attention.
You know technology has made it easy for people to find out all kinds of things about you just from one picture.
Every picture you take can be used to find you. Anyone can find out where you school or live from your picture.
They can potentially find you If you have not turned off your “location” settings (this is the setting that allows your phone to share information about where you are).
So just to be safe, it’s always better to turn off the location settings, on your phone and your social networks like facebook, instagram, or twitter.
Be careful about the kind of pictures and information you share online. Keep your locations private. You never know who might be watching you!
You might think your teacher is being overprotective or uncool. But that is not the case. Your teacher wants you to be safe, I also want that.
