Exercise is so important. It can keep you healthy, happy and strong.

Exercise can help us feel better and look better. This can boost our confidence.

Just in case you feel too busy with all your chores and have no time to exercise.

Here are some sneaky ways to get moving

Dance and dress
When you’re getting dressed, put on your favourite song. Dance like nobody’s watching. You’ll be surprised how energized you will feel.

Do abs during ads
Next time you’re watching TV with a friend or your siblings, challenge them to see who can do the most sit-ups or jumping jacks during the ad break.

House help
How many times do you get asked to help out around the house?

It may seem pretty boring to sweep or clean the floor. How about you pretend the mop or broom is your guitar or microphone. Sing a song you like.

Not only will the chore be fun, but you would have filled your body with feel-good hormones called endorphins – these keep sad thoughts far away!

Put your phone down
Give your fingers a break and rather talk face-to-face.

Take a walk while you gist with your friends.

Laughing out loud with friends while getting some fresh air fills your body with good feelings, plus your stomach and leg muscles get a workout. That is way better than a smiley emoticon.

Babysitter boot camp
Have you been asked to look after your baby sister or the neighbour’s son?

Challenge them to fun games or play hide and seek.

You could even teach them one of your favourite games that you played when you were young!

This way you will exercise your muscles.
